😍 NEW TOY ALERT 🔫 I’ve had my eye on the hyperice for a while now, so when carbon38 started offering their products, I could not hit the “Add to Cart” button fast enough.

Between teaching dance fitness, taking online HIIT classes and working from my couch these last few months, my hips and glutes are the real MVPs. Because of the load they carry, I tend to strain them...weekly 🙃.

Thanks to physical therapy I learned that pinpoint pressure on certain muscles really help relieve that tension. Prior to getting my new baby 🔫, I was using a lacrosse ball to manually massage those points. Although a great solution, I found it difficult to precisely target certain muscles. Also found it difficult to add more pressure to the lacrosse ball, especially when I’m in weird poses trying to target those pinpoints.

SO STOKED I got my #Hyperice! I am able to adjust the head depending on what muscle I’m working on. For example: in my video, you’ll see I’m using the bullet head to target my glutes. If I want to switch to my lower back, I would change it to the flathead. It is portable, so you can give yourself a treatment from your bed, couch, floor, chair. It’s also Bluetooth enabled, so I can link it up to their app and receive stretching recommendations based on the workout I just completed or send the Hyperice on autopilot and I can just hold it in place while the app programs intensity. Oh and if you’re wondering, she’s real quiet 🤫

Won’t lie: it’s an investment. She’s expensive, but she’s worth it.
I purchased my Hyperice on #Carbon38 (along with the Takara Shine Leggings Im wearing in the video). If y’all use my discount code NIKKIMAJOR, you’ll receive an exclusive discount.

Lmk what you think!
