Want to join our community?

We are the #VXNArmy.
We are a community FIRST, workout SECOND.
The minute you take a class and share a safe space with us, you're in! 👯‍♀️

You don't have to look, speak, act a certain way - we are inclusive of all 🌈.
All we ask is to support each other.

Need a friend? Need a voice of reason? A shoulder to cry on? Someone to share a screenshot with? lol

I needed all those things when I first moved to DC. I hit a rough patch at my start and realized I didn't have a community to rely on as I did back in Miami.
That was the turning point - the moment I realized I had to start teaching and grow a #VXNArmyDMV.

If you need a crew, join us. We can't wait to dance with you!
Link in bio for our class schedule.
