Who would've known this crazy quarantine would bring about so much positivity? I know this time at home has allowed many of us to reflect and reconnect with what brings us light and joy. For some that's getting back in the kitchen or reading, for others it's movement.

When I got this DM, my heart swelled (swole? ew.). ❤️ I know this exact feeling. I grew up dancing. I stopped at 18 as well and the years that followed suck. I had severe FOMO. My confidence dropped because I was no longer using my body with power. My body image suffered severely since I wasn't as active and I took out my emotions on food. (You know when you just want to stuff yourself until you feel a certain way? Ok, imagine that daily).

That's why I fell for VXN so hard. It was the perfect blend between a dance and fitness class. Now don't roll your eyes and throw the term "dance fitness" at me. If you've danced before, you know that the moves we do in VXN really reflect the routines you see on TV and on stage, yet are easy enough for your body to pick up quickly and execute them strongly for a killer workout. If you've read this far and you feel a pull at your heart, give us a shot. See if you like it. You'll even be in the comfort of your own home. What do you have to lose?
