Other things to celebrate - venting time 👆🏽. I mentioned this on my IG Story, bringing it on here because I have a habit of never stopping to celebrate my achievements. I always zoom past and only focus on the next step up (vibe check: that's not healthy).⁠⠀

This is the leanest and strongest I've been in my life. I'm seeing a distinct definition and firmness for the first time ever. And TBH I'M SCARED FUCK.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
I know I look like this because I've been able to focus my energy on my wellbeing during quarantine: working out 6 times a week, monitoring calorie intake, cooking at home, meditating daily, sleeping a full 7 hours.⁠⠀
SO NOW I'M FUCKING TERRIFIED of what will happen after quarantine. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
I've been journaling about this and thinking of ways to keep these healthy habits going. I think the answer may be to remain a homebody (obvs with the occasional outing) and really invest time into myself.⁠⠀

So anyway, here I am stopping to smell the roses all while freaking out about the future. Very on brand for me 😑 ⁠⠀
