## Caption

I now present to you the #VixenArmyDMV. 👏🏽 Every single person you see in these photos took one hour to focus on themselves. Some took the hour to get outside of their heads, some used it to strengthen their bodies, some used it to shake their ass because the club is no longer an option. Everyone comes in for a different reason, no one leaves the same.⁣
⁣
That heavy ass chip on your shoulder you’ve carried all week because of work, school, family, life dissolves. That extra iced coffee you weren’t supposed to have that has left you riddled with guilt doesn’t matter anymore. ⁣
⁣
I’d feel ridiculous saying something like this about running on a treadmill or spinning for 45 minutes. Those feats are great and fuck yeah if you’re doing them. But, personally, I need something more - I need meaningful movement. I think everyone that’s tried Vixen looks for that too.⁣
⁣
I promote these classes because I want to create an outlet, a safe space for all and a dope community. Not for a buck, not for the clout, not to look a certain way. I’m here to dance, and I hope so are you.⁣
