🏚️🏚️I credit the foundation of my athleticism, business sense, and grit to this place — Cleveland Avenue Homes (CK).

It had 244 units. Felt like a lil city fr fr.

📊 At the time, if government rent averaged $1,500 per unit…

That’s over $4 million/year in rent flowing through one property.

And here’s what they don’t tell you:

🟡 Most tenants were on Section 8 or government assistance.
Some paid as little as $25.
The government covered the rest — so the owner still got paid in full.

👀 And the craziest part?
The investor didn’t need a license.
No certifications.

Not even their own capital.

That’s the real estate cheat code they never taught us.
