Nashville-inspired hot chicken sandwiches in Chicago 🔥🤤 thebudlong has been on my Chicago bucketlist for a while and it definitely lived up to the hype! This is a great spot for an affordable, delicious lunch in the city. I visited their Lincoln Park location at 📍1008 W Armitage Avenue, but you can also find them in Hyde Park, Lincoln Square and the Urbanspace Food Hall downtown. We ordered:

- The Budlong Original (my fave!)
- Yo’ Mamma’s 
- Popcorn Chicken Salad
- Mac & Cheese (sooo good)
- Biscuit with strawberry balsamic jam
- Root beers 
- Fish Fry Sandwich (Limited edition! Only on the menu for a few more weeks.)
