Inspired by his late grandmother, Brandon Jackson opened Cheddar Jackson in 2020 alongside his mother, Debbie Jackson. The grilled cheese panini shop is located in Jackson Ward and features a full menu of sandwiches with a variety of cheeses, toppings and dipping sauces.🥪🧀
