Cooking with Diego 🧑🏻‍🍳 This was a little chaotic but we had soooo much fun! & the muffins turned out amazing! Such an easy fun activity to do with your kid.

Ps- I don’t like using flour if I don’t have to so I use oats, a much healthier option.

Banana Muffin recipe:
🍌 3 medium ripe bananas
🥚 2 large eggs
🍯 1/4 cup of honey
🥄 1 teaspoon baking soda
🥄 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
🫙 2 cups old-fashioned oats
🌰 A handful of almonds (optional) can substitute with other nuts.

⏲ Bake at 350F for 15mins. 

Let me know if y’all try this recipe :) I recommend using the blender for a better consistency.
