As we approach the middle of June and the third consecutive month of quarantine, it's important to remind ourselves of things we can do to stay sane. Danny Palmer from Baltimore, a freshman at Mount Saint Joseph High School, created a list: A Freshman's Guide to Quarantine. He says, "Unplug: Though it is good to stay informed, too much news can be bad for your mental health. Read a book. Try picking up new hobbies. Like an instrument or making art."
