Fashion over function! This dress from the Belle Époque certainly speaks to that phrase. This dress would have been beautiful, with its metallic star-shaped sequins, beaded tassels, and prettily draped net overskirt. Unfortunately, that lovely net overskirt catches on all of those metallic sequins, making for quite a lot of work!
