The #RoaringTwenties are revived this week as we pulled a bright blue sequined dress #OutoftheBox ! This slinky dress features a #rhinestone bow and thousands of blue #sequins.  The sequins are sewn to a blue silk tulle, and are positioned meticulously to create subtle lines that accentuate the figure.  The #chemise style dress also features a flared skirt and low neckline.  Made in France in 1928, this dress was imported for sale at the iconic Hutzler Brothers Co. store.  #Hutzlers imported many dresses such as this piece for sale in its store on Howard Street in #Baltimore city.
