## Caption

At least this experience has shattered any remaining delusions I harboured for the kindness of my ex. My bum hole keeps cringing when I think about how lovely I was in my message. I am so incredibly naiive at the cruelty of some people who have shown me nothing but repeated bad behaviour. I need to grow up and learn from my experience. #rage #emotions #breakup #postbreakup #biggerperson #healing #HealingJourney #breakupjourney #listentoyourfriends #fuming
