For the first time today in months, I felt I could focus. I didn't need to be out, or hectically busy, or deep in my phone. I had the brain space to just get on with it. I don't know why being heartbroken prevented me from that. And I imagine I'm not just suddenly healed, but I feel capable, like a fog has cleared, and like I am in control. I don't know whether it was being on holiday on my own, taking a step back from life or just maybe even my hormones being at the right level but today, I sorted shit out - flat cleaned, bills paid, clothes sold etc.. I've got some stuff coming up where I need my A game - emotionally, mentally and phsysically, so this came at a good time. Tidy flat, tidy mind (for now). #healing#growth#HealingJourney#breakup#postbreakup#heartbreak #sundayreset#clean#CleanTok #MentalHealth #mentalwellbeing #selflove #selflovejourney#strongtok#stronggirls#fitness#health #single #singlegirl #singlelondon #lgbt #wlw #altoms30before30
