TW: discussion of minor disordered eating. I don't know whether it's growing up with trash magazines, Kate moss/Paris Hilton aesthetics or just my general experiences of being treated differently at different weights, but I clearly have a very undiagnosed binge and purge mentality when I'm stressed or anxious and I knew it was due. I don't know if anyone else feels this way sometimes, but acknowledging it and keeping to a good balanced intake on Monday really helped me get through.
