Behind the scenes of making “Mildred Howard: Poetics of Memory,” our preparators worked hard to construct this 13-foot-tall glass sculpture. Watch to learn about how this came together and the meaning of Howard’s sculptural works.   Through layers of red glass and the play of light and shadow, Mildred Howard invites us to enter an environment where our perception of color and space is challenged.   🏠Plan your visit and experience “Mildred Howard: Poetics of Memory”! Tickets at the link in bio.   🍎Watch the full video on YouTube.   #OaklandMuseumCA #MildredHoward #PoeticsofMemory #BayAreaArtist #Museum #ArtExhibition #OaklandArt #ContemporaryArt #BehindTheScenes
