## Caption

Fourteen Binghamton University team members averted tragedy and escaped uninjured after a dangerous early-morning fire on April 27, 2021. In the race to get out of the off-campus house, they lost most of their belongings to the raging fire but with the help of teammates, coaches, family, athletics department and campus officials, the team rallied together. Five days later, an emotional Bearcats team defeated UMass Lowell 11-9 in their regular-season finale to finish above .500.
