May 2016
I woke up bleary-eyed at 7.30 AM on just another summer morning, my brain buzzing with all the tasks that needed to be finished at work, and brushed my teeth.
Mum handed me my favourite chocolate drink while I grabbed the newspaper to update myself on city happenings
.
Suddenly, my eyes caught something unusual in the supplement- a fad that was trending in the West!
.
Miniature terrariums that one can wear... the idea struck such a strong chord within me, that it refused to get out of my heart and brain until I figured out how it was done. I still remember how it felt back then: all the excitement, thrill, and happiness!
.
Inspiration seized hold of me and a special kind of positive fire in the heart led me to start a project called LEAFY AFFAIR! It was my muse as well as a happy place in my brain and heart
.
That's where it all started...
.
Little did I know that two years down the line Leafy Affair would grow so much that it would become an integral part of my life, something that defines me and my whole lifestyle
.
I look back and the journey has been a beautiful one... I look ahead and hey, it looks even better! I don't have words to thank all the people who held my hand and helped me up the ladder and all along the journey
.
Not to forget the beautiful souls who showed so much love and support with open arms to something that was totally new... and now, here we are, spreading smiles and happiness more than ever so people can keep nature close to their hearts!
.
Two years, a one woman army and still going strong!
.
Looking forward to many more with your love
