̶N̶e̶w̶ ̶Y̶e̶a̶r̶.̶ ̶N̶e̶w̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶.̶ ̶ Be you. But Better. 🔥⁣
⁣
It’s January 1st, ya’ll ready for the mess of “New Year. New You” motivation coming at ya?⁣
⁣
Here’s the tea: Those motivational “New You” quotes flooding your feeds won’t get you to accomplish your goals. It may get you up out of bed and to the gym a few times… but that’s about it. ⁣
⁣
Motivation is temporary and it gets you started,⁣
⁣
D I S C I P L I N E is what keeps you going.⁣
D I S C I P L I N E is what gets you results.⁣
D I S C I P L I N E is forever. ⁣
⁣
And to all those folks telling you to be a “New You”⁣
⁣
*Clear’s throat: There’s 👏nothing 👏 wrong 👏 with 👏 you. ⁣
⁣
You don’t need a new you…⁣
⁣
You want to be a better you.⁣
⁣
So in 2023… ⁣
⁣
Be you. But Stronger. ⁣
Be you. But Smarter.⁣
Be you. But Better. ⁣
⁣
Tap into that inner fire and when motivation is fleeting…be disciplined. ⁣
