Meet Puspa and Sarah!👋

Puspa Poarangan is a longtime New Yorker, originally from Indonesia, who never thought she could be an athlete until she joined Achilles_International and learned how to handcycle last year. This will be her second Achilles Hope & Possibility race!

“I have a new perspective on myself and how I can handle things no matter what challenges are ahead of me. I’m stronger than I think I am.” – Puspa Poarangan, Achilles NYC athlete

Sarah Heller is a longtime Achilles NYC athlete and marathoner who lives with a traumatic brain injury. She’ll also be speaking at the upcoming panel with NYRR and TDBank_US, “Ways to Go the Extra Mile: Guide Running with Achilles International.”

“Everyone with a disability can run and everyone gets a medal. You don’t have to be first to get a medal.” – Sarah Heller, Achilles NYC athlete

Let’s show Puspa and Sarah some 💚 in the comments as they gear up for the Achilles Hope & Possibility 4M Presented by TDBank_US!
