Patience is a virtue I’m still working on mastering 😂 But 3 things I’m doing lately to keep myself positive and motivated is:

1) Be kind to yourself: If being hard on yourself was going to make the difference, it would’ve worked by now.

2) Enjoy the little moments: Make an effort to do the things that make you happy, even if it is effort.

3) Know that your ideal reality with emerge with consistent practice 🤍

(And also yes I drove to see the sphere and it was so cool, I bought tickets to see one of the first shows they do in there!)
