Chocolate Crinkle Cookies are the perfect cross between crispy cookie and chewy brownie 😍🍫#ad | They’re one of our favorite easy cookies for the holidays (no electric mixer required!) and they always turn out perfectly!

We’ve partnered with dominosugar and we’re loving their Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub – it’s easy to scoop out as much sugar as you need and it’s refillable! It’s PERFECT for holiday baking and helps keep our kitchen (a little) less messy.

I think these are going to be this year’s Christmas Eve cookies at our house! Growing up, we almost always made sugar cookies cut-outs, but let’s be honest, as much fun as it is to decorate, these chocolate crinkle cookies are about 10x easier and just as delicious! What’s your go-to cookie recipe to leave out for Santa?

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:

Makes 2 dozen

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups Domino® granulated sugar
1 cup Domino® light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup Domino® powdered sugar (for rolling)

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until smooth.

Using a spatula, stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in a few batches, until a thick, fudgy dough forms. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in Domino® Powdered Sugar.

Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
