This easy Greek Tortellini pasta salad is coming to every summer bbq this year! #ad | It’s such a fun take on a classic pasta salad, with a creamy greek dressing, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, briney artichokes, salty feta and cheese tortellini. And the best part? You don’t have to leave your house to make it!

If you live near a Krogerco, hop on their website, select your ingredients, and get them delivered straight to your house when it’s most convenient for you. We used to waste hours at the store every week (spoiler alert: being a food photographer means insane amounts of groceries), so it’s been a total game changer in terms of productivity to just place an order and have it show up just a short while later!

Kroger uses refrigerated trucks to keep your food nice and fresh, and there are no surprise fees at checkout. Next-day delivery is as low as $6.95, which is a total deal considering how much time you can save!

RECIPE:

1 lb 3 oz Kroger cheese tortellini
1 large (or 4 mini) cucumber, sliced into rounds
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup oil-packed artichokes, drained and chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

Vinaigrette:
½ cup + 2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried oregano

Whisk together all ingredients for vinaigrette until emulsified. Cook tortellini according to package directions, then drain and let cool. Once cooled, add to a large mixing bowl and toss with remaining ingredients and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
