Cherry season = gluten-free sweet cherry pie 🍒

This recipe was inspired by a trip to NYC with my sister and niece where we saw Waitress on Broadway. The show left us with happy tears in our eyes and a massive craving for pie!

With a flaky gluten-free crust and gooey, fresh (or frozen) sweet cherry filling, plus a splash of GF whiskey and cinnamon, this pie really satisfies.
