This ombré citrus tart is made with a flaky pie crust, a lemon vanilla yogurt filling and 5 types of citrus! #ad | We’re using our allclad knives to perfectly supreme citrus for this show-stopping tart. The 8” chef’s knife is my favorite – it’s perfect for slicing through any citrus, and the 3 ½” paring knife is perfect for trimming any excess peel and pith. Want to make it for yourself? Grab the full recipe below! #AllClad

Ombré Citrus Tart with Lemon Yogurt Filling

Ingredients:

1 pie crust (store bought or homemade)

1 cup thick greek-style vanilla yogurt (vegan or regular)

3/4 cup cream cheese (vegan or regular), softened

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp honey

1/4 teaspoon lemon extract

4-5 types of citrus (we used red grapefruit, white grapefruit, naval orange, cara cara orange, blood orange)

Place pie crust in pie/tart pan of choice, line with aluminum foil and pie weights and blind bake at 350F until golden brown and flaky, about 45 minutes. Let cool.

Meanwhile, add yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, honey and lemon extract to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.

Pour filling into crust and spread into an even layer.

To supreme citrus, slice off both ends, then use a knife to remove the peel and pith. Carefully slice between each membrane to remove each segment. Top tart with citrus slices.

Refrigerate 2 hours to set, then slice and serve.
