Tomato Melon Salad Recipe:

12 oz sunsetgrown Wild Wonders Tomatoes, halved
1 ½ cups honeydew, sliced into ¾” cubes
1 ½ cups watermelon, sliced into ¾” cubes
2 cups thinly sliced sunsetgrown mini cucumbers 
1 avocado, diced 
¼ cup fresh basil, thinly sliced 

Vinaigrette:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ tsp lime zest
1 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt

Whisk together all ingredients for vinaigrette. Toss together with salad ingredients and enjoy right away, or chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
