#FieldRoastPartner This Grilled Peach, Arugula & Zucchini Flatbread with FieldRoast Chao Creamery Creamy Original Shreds is off the charts! 🙌 If you’ve never tried them, these plant-based shreds melt like a dream – they’re SO good on pizzas, in quesadillas, in pasta and so much more. We’ve been using their dairy-free cheese slices for years so we were so excited when they came out with shreds last year. They’re creamy, savory, cheesy perfection, minus the dairy. Have you tried them yet?! 

We love them on this summery plant-based flatbread. They pair so perfectly with sweet, slightly smoky roasted peaches, refreshing shaved zucchini and peppery arugula. A drizzle of balsamic and some fresh basil ties everything together! 

Here’s what you’ll need:
1-1 ½ cups FieldRoast Chao Creamy Original Shreds
1 pre-made plant-based pizza dough, rolled out 
1 ripe peach, halved
1 small zucchini, shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler
2 cups arugula, lightly dressed in olive oil and salt
Fresh basil (optional)
Balsamic glaze

Preheat oven to 450˚F. Preheat grill to medium. 

Brush peach halves lightly with high heat oil and grill for about 5 minutes. Slice into wedges. 

Lightly oil pizza dough with olive oil. Top with Chao shreds, peaches and shaved zucchini. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and top with lightly dressed arugula, fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
