I’ve been really into making muffins lately! They’re so easy to throw together and they store really well in the freezer so you can save for an on-the-go breakfast or snack. These vegan & GF blueberry lemon muffins are a favorite 🫐🍋 With a sprinkle of coarse sugar on top for a crispy, caramelized top + a fluffy interior bursting with fresh blueberries & lemon zest, they’re packed with flavor! P.S. what’s your favorite muffin flavor?! I think I’d have to say double chocolate (which, let’s be honest, is just a cupcake), but these blueberry muffins come in a close 2nd place. #crowdedkitchen

P.P.S. I got so many questions about this muffin tin in IG stories. It’s an antique that my grandpa found for us! He’s an absolute pro at finding the coolest props. I’m thinking he should start a prop shop for food bloggers 🤔🤗
