New on the blog: Vegan Tortilla Soup with black beans, corn and homemade corn tortilla strips! It’s super fresh, flavorful, delicious and made in our favorite staub_usa 5-qt. Tall cocotte! We’ve been loving this new addition to the Staub line – it’s narrower and taller than their classic 5.5-qt. cocotte, making it perfect for crowded stovetops (definitely an issue in our house!), soups, stews, breads, and anything that simmers on the stove for a long time. My favorite part is the enameled cast iron surface, which is SO easy to clean with just soap and water (always a plus) and distributes & retains heat evenly for perfect results every time. We absolutely love staub_usa products and 100% recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade/invest in high quality cookware. Head to the link in our bio for more info + the full recipe for this soup! #sponsored #MadeInStaub
