#ad New on the blog: French lentil salad with orange cumin vinaigrette! Made with bobsredmill French green lentils, which are our favorite for salads as they hold their texture and shape (even after sitting in the fridge for a few days!). This salad is perfect for meal prep, has plenty of plant-based protein and so much flavor! My favorite addition: chopped medjool dates, which add a touch of sweetness. If you’ve been following us for a while, you already know how much we LOVE bobsredmill. They have the most incredible range of high quality products, from gluten free 1:1 baking flour (which we use in almost all of our baking recipes), to alternative grains (and SO much more!).
