Made this blue smoothie bowl for eattherainbow_kids #BlueWeek and it totally has me ready for summer! (Wishful thinking...right? 🌞🏖😎) The secret ingredient for that all-natural, gorgeous blue? Blue butterfly pea powder + blue spirulina! (both from suncorefoods) Both are rich in antioxidants and an easy addition to smoothies, chia pudding, nice cream, etc. Have you ever tried either? We just can’t get over that color...it’s just as vibrant in person! Here’s what you need to make this bowl:

1 banana (frozen or fresh)
1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango
½ tsp blue butterfly pea powder
½ tsp blue spirulina

Blend until smooth and creamy, then top with fresh berries, granola, nut butter, etc.
