They’re also super quick and easy to make, so this pita comes together for a quick lunch or dinner in no time. Here’s everything you’ll need to make them: 

For 4-6 servings: 

1 package FieldRoast Plant-Based Nuggets
4-6 pita 
Hummus
Thinly sliced cucumber
Diced cherry tomatoes
Optional: parsley, radish, pomegranate seeds 
Plant-based tzatziki (recipe below) 

Cook the nuggets according to package directions. Slice into thin strips. Assemble warmed pita bread with hummus, sliced vegetables, nuggets, any garnishes you’d like and a drizzle of tzatziki. Wrap and enjoy! #MakeTasteHappen #FieldRoast

Homemade tzatziki: 

1 mini cucumber
1/2 cup unsweetened plain plant-based yogurt 
1 garlic clove, finely minced
½ tsp salt
Pepper to taste
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: fresh mint

Grate the cucumber. Add to a small bowl with yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper lemon juice and some fresh chopped mint. Stir well.
