Beet brownies - the perfect Sunday treat (or plan ahead and bookmark for Valentine’s Day)! Beets add moisture and natural sweetness (without too much earthy flavor) to these rich, fudgy brownies. They’re topped with a naturally colored frosting made with (yep, you guessed it!) beet juice. We promise they don’t taste like beets, and it’s a great way to sneak in an extra serving of veggies!
