Realllyyyyy craving this Chickpea Mango Curry for dinner! We created this recipe for our monthly column in hourdetroitmagazine, which features plant-based recipes made with local (Detroit-made) products! For this recipe, we used an incredible Amba sauce (a tangy mango pickle condiment) from tetafoods. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness & tanginess!
