Love a good citrus salad with a simple vinaigrette, fresh herbs (mint is my fave) and chopped nuts (pistachios, here). And if you want to add some greens, serve over a bed of baby kale or arugula, add in some avocado and call it a day 🥑 🥗 P.S. Can we all agree that citrus is by far the best winter produce?
