#ad / There’s nothing better than a gorgeous dish that looks fancy, but only takes 30 minutes to prepare! We’re excited to partner with carapelliusa to share how we used their Extra Virgin Olive Oil to take this simple dinner to the next level. We used Carapelli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in place of butter in our polenta - it adds so much flavor! We were inspired by the gorgeous color of Spring veggies (radishes, asparagus and peas), which pair beautifully with polenta. We simply sautéed the vegetables (along with some mushrooms, salt and pepper) and finished off the whole dish with a drizzle of Carapelli Founders Edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil! So easy, but so beautiful! High quality olive oil always adds that special touch, and carapelliusa is one of our favorites.
