Our March recipe in hourdetroitmagazine is a good one - gf/vegan matcha chocolate sandwich cookies! We used locally produced eliteabar matcha in the coconut matcha filling (we use coconut butter for a healthier, flavorful alternative) + crunchy, delicious chocolate shortbread cookies.
