Pretty much the entire state of Michigan is currently experiencing a blizzard and I’m not too mad about it! ❄️ It’s a great excuse to glue my butt to my desk chair and start working my way through a very long to-do list 😂 I didn’t have time (ok, I didn’t MAKE time) to get to the grocery store before it started snowing, but luckily I almost always have everything I need to make this vegan red lentil soup, and you probably do, too!
