Today we’re talkin’ BEETS ❤️ Specifically super_beets! We try to incorporate beets into our diet as much as possible, but it’s not always convenient to cook/roast them (and let’s be honest, there are only so many ways you can eat a beet!). To make things easier, we’ve been using SuperBeets for a few years now - it’s a highly concentrated powder that contains optimum levels of nitric oxide, which promotes healthy circulation, blood flow and increases energy 💪 We often use beet powder in our smoothies for an extra boost, but in all honesty, this mix tastes fantastic just mixed with water/juice! We partnered with super_beets to whip up 3 quick recipes you can use every day - coconut water + beet, watermelon juice + beet & fresh veggie juice + beet! Head to the link in our bio for all 3 super easy recipes or check out the video we made over at super_beets! #sponsored #HumanN #crowdedkitchen
