Happy Thursday! We partnered with DoleSunshine to create this Sunshine Smoothie Bowl - perfect way to brighten up a fall/winter morning & as an immune-boosting, easy breakfast! We used their Frozen Fruit & Veggie blend with mango, mandarin orange, pineapple, bananas & sweet potatoes, and added in fresh ginger, turmeric & lemon for an anti-inflammatory kick! Could honestly eat this every morning - it tastes so fresh & bright! (Plus, check out that texture - it’s almost like eating sorbet for breakfast ;)) Here’s the recipe for 2 bowls: 1 package DoleSunshine Orange Medley Frozen Fruit & Veggie Blend, 1 inch chunk fresh, peeled ginger, ½ inch chunk fresh, peeled turmeric + a very small pinch of black pepper (increases absorption) & 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice. Feel free to customize your own toppings - we used kiwi berries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, fresh mint & hemp seeds! #ShareTheSunshine #ad #eattherainbow
