September 10th is German Language Day. It is a day to highlight and promote the language worldwide. For today, Howard printed type from one of two German fonts that we have in our print shop exhibit. Howard also discusses about other languages cast in type. This font, German Gothic Vertical, is 38 point, which is an irregular font size.
