Join us at the Museum this Saturday, September 30th, for a Community Welcome Day with the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians Cultural Resources Division as they represent Tribal artists and the Mómtim Péwinan River People exhibit.

The Museum opens at 10 a.m., with a Tribal Welcome at 11 a.m., followed by an exhibit viewing with the curatorial team. Enjoy half-price admission to the Museum and an afternoon of mingling with the artists from regional tribal communities, learning about the seasonal calendar, and playing Nisenan games.
