PR- 245lb squat never felt better.  Been away from heavy lifting for over 4 months. I just decided that I will make the impossible, possible this day. The face I make at the end was a new level of belief I have within myself. .
In life we will always be told what we can’t do. However it is up to you to show what you CAN DO, even when no one else believes. You have to believe in YOURSELF.
