✨MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨
.
[Must Read] I keep getting a lot of questions about, how fast can you achieve a fitness goal?
Here’s my question for you. Do you think you can put on weight over the years, eat crap when you feel like it and truly believe that in one week you should have reached your fitness goal?! That’s a fairly tale story.
When I went after my goal to compete, what the picture doesn’t show is that I took 1 year of just strength training to build muscle and have a solid base. I did not just want to look strong but actually be strong. I understood how much work it would take just to get to my goal and that I have to be dedicated to accomplish it.
.
The best advice I can give is become dedicated to yourself first. Set your goals high and take the steps need to accomplish them.
