The stereotype around women that wear making while exercising- that they’re not serious about their workout. Which is not true. There are many reason women wear makeup.
.
1️⃣ Consider instructors: teaching a class is their job. Their not just exercising but selling a brand and image. So for them it’s-a professional obligation.
2️⃣Some women like a little something to cover under eye circles and curb redness and dark spots. 
3️⃣Most women are coming from work, and just because their coming to the gym doesn’t mean their going to wipe off the makeup to make everyone else feel that their serious about workouts.
4️⃣How I feel about makeup in the gym- I don’t like to wear foundation in the gym. When I’m sweating and working hard I feel the makeup cause me to itch and breakout. However I love to wear waterproof mascara and highlight my eyebrows to give my face a pop. .
According to glamour, makeup help women feel more confident. Seeing themselves in the mirror actually helps women work harder in the gym. The image they see in the mirror is fuel to get the workout done. .
