## Caption

The NB is the best Miata, and the pop-up crowd is already typing. Nobody's saying the NA isn't the soul. That car came out of a skunkworks project Mazda called Offline 55, and those flip-up headlights are the reason half of us know what a Miata even is. But the NB2 is where the recipe finally got finished: variable valve timing on the 1.8, a tighter chassis, and the same 'just find a back road' attitude, minus the excuses. The NC is the awkward teenager, the ND came back home, and the NB quietly did the job the whole time.

So pick a side. Do you want pop-ups, purity, and the original feel of the NA? Or do you want the NB2, the car that took that soul and actually sorted it out? There's no wrong answer, just a comment section that's about to get loud.
