7-Day Challenge: June 21-27, 2023

In honor of International Yoga Day (tomorrow, June 21, 2023), and because we know how hard it can be to constantly come up with new and valuable content ideas that express what yoga means to you, we are throwing down social media challenge to inspire you! We don’t think that just ONE day is enough, so we’re going for 7 this year! 

This challenge is open to Pranakriya yoga teachers/practitioners AND yoga teachers/practitioners from every tradition - so spread the word to your students and networks! We'll all learn so much from each other, perhaps find other kindred spirits, and have fun in the process. 

Each time you participate in the 7-day challenge and tag us, we will note your post as an entry for the prize listed for that day! Of course the real prizes are the motivation you cultivate for developing content and posting, and the value you provide to your growing audience! 

We will do our best in the coming days, weeks, and months to repost all of your #pranakriya7daychallenge #internationalyogaday2023 posts in which we are tagged, getting even more eyes on your storytelling, accounts, and teaching. The winner of each day's challenge is guaranteed re-posting to our network during/ immediately following the challenge!
