Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 has always been good to me! I’m sharing highlights from a short trip that allowed me to see new places, have #laughs with my friends and make new #amigos. I checked-out the real estate market in the metro area of #SanJuan Dorado & #Luquillo. #PR has so much to offer businesses that setup shop there, the #hospitality scene is on point and the weather is amazing. But it’s the real #boriqua that make #puertorico special to me. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣
There was a fun liquor festival that I attended (see previous post). ⁣We went to the weekly block party for some authentic #livemusic > #bombayplena. While visiting VIVO beach club, I met the co-owner (Luis - such a nice guy) of this cool complex which has a #brewery on the beach. I had a great meeting with prominent #architectural firm active in #PR & #NYC and of course I enjoyed the two B’s - the #bars and the beaches!! ⁣⁣⁣⁣- IT’S All INTHE STORY PR ‘19 ☝🏼
