Everyone deserves a community that cares. 💜

Charvi, a #GirlUp leader from India, knows the struggles of imposter syndrome and self-doubt in the male-dominated world of #STEM, especially as a woman of color.

In fact, a 2022 study revealed that 22% of women in STEM are considering leaving the workforce due to “stress and/or burnout.”

The challenges women face in STEM are real. But, for Charvi, “Being part of Girl Up means I’m not facing these struggles alone.”

With your help, we can continue to create a community that encourages, supports, and champions the growth of girls and women—in STEM & beyond.

Donate to our fundraiser in bio today to help generations of #STEMinists protect their mental health & wellbeing. Plus, thanks to our partner noblepanacea , every dollar you donate this month will be doubled.

It’s time to make #MentalHealth a priority. #MentalHealthMatters
