About Corporate Culture:

I read many books in my life, even now keep reading, and all of them are about self-development, being a better human being, being able to keep growing yourself spiritually and intellectually, not only in terms of keep getting just richer. 

However, I never read MBA books, or corporate books, management books or any scientific books in terms of “building the right corporate business or structure.” Maybe I should have … Can’t say now. 

I worked for different companies and I hated corporate style. I hated white office walls, hated people wearing suits with very serious faces, hated people wearing masks and ready to kill each other to get one’s chair. 

I never understood micro management. I never understood managers hiring people they don’t trust. I never understood managers building offices they don’t like coming to. 

In my case, I always tried to make all around me, including my company - a reflection of myself and my spirit: joyful, happy, jolly, relaxed, chill, very responsible, easy, and oriented to results. 

I don’t need people to call me boss. I need people to be in my team. I don’t remember introducing somebody who works with me as my subordinate. I always use a work “colleague” even for my assistant, unless the word “assistant” is strategically required. 
- I like to delegate. 
- I like to trust, unless there’s reason no to. 
- I like achieving results in most ethical way. 
- I like to keep the right people around me. Not necessarily Harvard graduates. 
- I like to take things easily. 
- I like to enjoy and have fun, because doing work with no fun is boring. 
- I like to be myself and people to be themselves and accept them the way they are. 

Lastly, about the books(!):
Reading books is the form of procrastination. Just start f***ing doing it.
